Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds if you are dissatisfied with your teacher. We recommend setting goals with your teacher and ensuring they are a good fit before scheduling multiple lessons.

We use Stripe to pay our teachers and we do not charge any fees for using it. However, Stripe may charge their own fees for currency conversion or transfer, which you can learn about on their website. Rest assured, we will not charge you anything related to payments.

We make money by charging a commission for students to add money to their wallet (10%). We also run ads on the platform as well. We don't sell personal information to advertisers. 

You will have lifetime access to the course once it is published by the teacher.

No! Teachers keep 100% of the money they earn from tutoring sessions. No hidden fees or anything. 

You can cancel up to 12 hours before your class starts. 

It may take between 1-3 days for a teaching application to be approved
